“Company” refers to POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., the legal entity that owns and operates the Service
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
The Service is a technology, advertising, and coordination platform.
The Company does not:
Provide lodging, accommodation, or hospitality services
Act as a hotel, host, broker, escrow agent, or property manager
Confirm reservations or issue lodging confirmations
Process, collect, hold, or distribute booking payments between users
Act as a party to any lodging, rental, or real estate agreement
The Service facilitates:
Listing publication and display
Availability information
Advertising and promotional services
Booking inquiries and communication tools
Operational, administrative, and coordination tools
All bookings, agreements, and payments for stays or property transactions are handled directly between users outside the platform.
Any booking-related action on the Service constitutes an inquiry only
Acceptance of an inquiry by a host is non-binding
Calendar availability is informational and may be tentative
Dates may be temporarily held pending completion of a booking outside the platform
Dates marked unavailable may reflect external bookings completed independently of the Service
The Service does not issue reservation confirmations, validate payments, or guarantee booking completion.
The Service may allow users to purchase optional advertising or promotional services to increase the visibility of listings.
Advertising services are optional and separate from basic listing functionality
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, permits, zoning rules, licensing requirements, and regulations
The Company does not verify the legality, licensing status, or regulatory compliance of advertised listings
Advertising does not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval of any listing
The Company reserves the right to remove, suspend, or restrict advertisements upon notice of potential legal violations or regulatory concerns
Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising between users of the Service — including disputes between hosts and guests relating to listings, availability, inquiries, bookings, payments, cancellations, property conditions, stays, or real estate transactions — is solely between the users involved.
The Company:
Is not a party to any lodging, rental, or payment agreement between users
Does not mediate, adjudicate, or resolve user-to-user disputes
Does not assume responsibility for the conduct, performance, or obligations of users
Users agree to resolve disputes directly with one another and to pursue any legal remedies independently of the Company.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Advertise or promote illegal, non-compliant, or misleading listings
Post deceptive, fraudulent, or false content
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malware or malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Harvest user data without consent
Use the Service for spam or unauthorized solicitation
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By posting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to the content
Your content is accurate, lawful, and non-misleading
Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law
The Service, including its software, platform architecture, trademarks, logos, designs, and features (excluding user content), is owned by POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., operating under the i3nb brand, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms or services (including Meta, Google, Apple, WhatsApp, or others). Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
These Terms are violated
Content or conduct is unlawful or harmful
Required by law or government request
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your listings, advertisements, or content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Company Domicile. POPMIA TRAVEL S.R.L. is domiciled in the Dominican Republic.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Jurisdiction.
For Business Users (including Hosts, Agents, Co-Hosts, Professionals, and Advertisers), any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, and the parties expressly submit to such jurisdiction.
For Consumers, this clause does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws, including any right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence where such rights apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Role-specific terms supplement these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the applicable role-specific terms prevail only with respect to the activities they govern.
