Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using i3nb ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any role-specific terms that apply to your use of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service consist of:

• These General Terms (applicable to all users)
• Our Privacy Policy
• Role-Specific Terms that apply when you use the Service in specific capacities (see Section 18)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on i3nb. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content you post
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by i3nb and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple for login). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I3NB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless i3nb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Role-Specific Terms

In addition to these General Terms, the following role-specific terms are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. By using the Service in any of the following capacities, you agree to be bound by the applicable role-specific terms:

• Host Terms of Service - If you list properties or accommodations on i3nb, you agree to the Host Terms, which govern your responsibilities as a property host, including listing accuracy, guest communication, cancellation policies, property standards, and host liability.
• Agent Terms of Service - If you operate as a real estate agent or partner on i3nb, you agree to the Agent Terms, which govern agent qualifications, licensing requirements, commission structures, client representation duties, and compliance obligations.
• Co-Host Terms of Service - If you act as a co-host managing properties on behalf of primary hosts, you agree to the Co-Host Terms, which govern your role definition, permission levels, relationship with property owners, and co-host responsibilities.
• Professional Roles Terms of Service - If you provide professional services through i3nb (such as cleaning, maintenance, photography, or other services), you agree to the Professional Roles Terms, which govern service quality standards, professional conduct, insurance requirements, and payment terms.

The role-specific terms supplement these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and any role-specific terms, the role-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, but only with respect to the activities covered by those role-specific terms.

You may be subject to multiple role-specific terms if you use the Service in multiple capacities. For example, if you are both a Host and use professional cleaning services, you would be bound by both the Host Terms and the Professional Roles Terms.
