Data Deletion Instructions

At i3nb, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete Through Your Account (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your i3nb account
  2. Go to Settings (click your profile icon, then Settings)
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Click Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Email Request

  1. Send an email to
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide the email address associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

Note: Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include transaction records and data required by law.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also manage your data through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings
  3. Click Apps and Websites
  4. Find i3nb and click Remove

Note: Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete your i3nb account. To fully delete your data, please also follow the steps above.

Google Login Users

If you signed up using Google, you can revoke access through Google:

  1. Go to your Google Account Permissions
  2. Find i3nb and click Remove Access
