Professional Roles Terms of Service

Note: These Professional Roles Terms supplement the
General Terms of Service. By providing professional services through i3nb, you agree to both the General Terms and these Professional-specific Terms.
1. Covered Professional Roles
These terms apply to service providers including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and housekeeping professionals
- Property maintenance technicians
- Photographers and videographers
- Interior designers and stagers
- Property inspectors
- Landscaping and gardening professionals
- Other service providers engaged through the platform
2. Professional Eligibility
To provide professional services on i3nb, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a verified i3nb account
- Hold applicable licenses and certifications for your trade
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Pass any required background checks
- Demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications
3. Service Quality Standards
All professional service providers must:
- Deliver services as described and agreed upon
- Maintain professional standards of quality
- Complete work within agreed timeframes
- Use appropriate tools, materials, and techniques
- Follow industry best practices and safety standards
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
4. Professional Conduct
Service providers are expected to:
- Behave professionally and courteously at all times
- Respect client property and privacy
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Arrive on time and communicate delays promptly
- Dress appropriately for the work being performed
- Refrain from inappropriate behavior or language
- Not consume alcohol or drugs while working
5. Background Checks
Regarding verification requirements:
- Background checks may be required for certain professional roles
- Checks are conducted by authorized third-party providers
- Results are handled according to applicable privacy laws
- Adverse findings may result in denial or removal from the platform
- Ongoing compliance may require periodic re-verification
6. Insurance Requirements
Professional service providers must:
- Maintain general liability insurance at required minimums
- Carry professional liability insurance where applicable
- Have workers' compensation coverage if employing others
- Provide proof of insurance upon request
- Notify i3nb of any insurance lapses or changes
7. Licensing and Certification
For regulated professions:
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications
- Operate only within the scope of your credentials
- Keep credentials current and in good standing
- Provide verification of credentials as requested
- Immediately report any license suspensions or revocations
8. Payment and Billing
Regarding compensation:
- Payment rates are established in service agreements
- Invoicing and payment follow platform procedures
- Service providers are responsible for their own taxes
- Payment disputes are handled through platform processes
- Tips and gratuities are at client discretion
9. Client Confidentiality
Professional service providers must:
- Keep all client information confidential
- Not disclose property details, codes, or access information
- Not share or sell client contact information
- Protect any business information encountered during service
- Delete client data upon completion of services or as required
10. Independent Contractor Status
Understanding the relationship:
- Professional service providers are independent contractors
- i3nb does not control work methods, schedules, or means
- Providers are responsible for their own business expenses
- No employment relationship is created by these terms
- Providers may work with other platforms and clients
11. Dispute Resolution
For service-related disputes:
- Attempt to resolve issues directly with the client first
- Report unresolved disputes through the platform
- Provide documentation and evidence as requested
- Cooperate with any investigation or mediation process
- Accept platform decisions on dispute resolutions
12. Termination
Professional access may be terminated:
- By either party with reasonable notice
- Immediately for violation of these terms
- For loss of required licenses or insurance
- For safety concerns or serious complaints
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
