Co-Host Terms of Service

Note: These Co-Host Terms supplement the
General Terms of Service. By accepting a co-host role on i3nb, you agree to both the General Terms and these Co-Host-specific Terms.
1. Co-Host Role Definition
A co-host is an individual authorized by a property owner (primary host) to help manage one or more listings. Co-hosts:
- Assist with day-to-day property management tasks
- May communicate with guests on behalf of the host
- Help maintain property standards and cleanliness
- Support the primary host in providing quality guest experiences
2. Co-Host Eligibility
To become a co-host, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a verified i3nb account
- Be invited and approved by a primary host
- Complete identity verification if required
- Accept these Co-Host Terms of Service
3. Permission Levels
Primary hosts may grant co-hosts various permission levels:
- Full Access: Manage all aspects of listings including pricing, availability, and bookings
- Calendar & Bookings: Manage availability and respond to booking requests
- Guest Communication: Communicate with guests and handle inquiries
- Limited Access: View-only access to listing information
Permission levels are set by the primary host and may be modified at any time.
4. Relationship with Property Owners
The co-host relationship:
- Is established directly between the co-host and primary host
- i3nb facilitates but is not a party to this relationship
- Terms of compensation are between the co-host and primary host
- The primary host retains ultimate responsibility for the listing
- Co-hosts should maintain clear communication with primary hosts
5. Co-Host Responsibilities
Co-hosts are expected to:
- Act in the best interest of the property owner
- Follow the primary host's instructions and guidelines
- Maintain property standards as set by the primary host
- Communicate professionally with guests
- Report issues or concerns to the primary host promptly
- Protect guest privacy and property security
- Not make unauthorized changes to listings
6. Access Rights
Regarding property and account access:
- Physical property access is arranged with the primary host
- Platform access is limited to assigned permission levels
- Access credentials should not be shared with others
- Access may be revoked by the primary host at any time
- Former co-hosts must return any property access items
7. Revenue Sharing
If applicable to your arrangement:
- Revenue sharing terms are set by the primary host
- Payment arrangements are between co-host and primary host
- i3nb may facilitate co-host payments through the platform
- Co-hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations
- Payment disputes should be resolved between the parties
8. Liability and Indemnification
Important liability information:
- Co-hosts share responsibility for guest experiences during their involvement
- Primary hosts remain ultimately liable for listing compliance
- Co-hosts should have appropriate insurance coverage
- Co-hosts indemnify i3nb for actions within their control
- Insurance arrangements should be discussed with the primary host
9. Confidentiality
Co-hosts must maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Guest personal information and booking details
- Property owner business information
- Pricing strategies and financial information
- Security codes, access information, and keys
- Platform analytics and performance data
10. Termination of Co-Host Access
Co-host access may be terminated:
- By the primary host at any time for any reason
- By the co-host with notice to the primary host
- By i3nb for violation of platform terms
- Automatically if the primary listing is removed
Upon termination, co-hosts must:
- Return any physical property access items
- Cease all communication on behalf of the property
- Delete any retained guest or property information
- Complete any outstanding tasks as agreed
